Our holiday properties are situated halfway between Carsac and Sarlat.In Carsac, small village situated by the Dordogne river, you will find all amenities and take advantage of beautiful beaches before swimming. Sarlat will make you discover the Middle Age and its summer animation which make it the Mecca of the international tourism. Due to its geographic situation, PÉRIGORD EVASION is the ideal point of departure for numerous visits towards well known sites as Lascaux's caves (25 km), Rocamadour (45 km), Eyzies (20 km), the Valley of Vézère (25 km) and the valley of the Dordogne (5 km), as well as the castles which overhang them.

Accommodation rates (per week)

 

Our general letting conditions

Rates are including:

- Your accommodation but bed sheets or towels.
- Water & electricity fee from june 26 till august 28.
- Free access to all sports and leisure installations (including the loan of equipments) and to the animation. in july & august.

Rates are not including:

- Accommodation re-organization and disinfection fee:25 € (15 € studios) per stay.
- Administration file fee: 10 € /stay.
- A 0,40 € per night and person over 12 tourist tax, to be settled at the end of the stay.
- Heating & electricity fee prior or after summer:
*Studios & chalets: 20 €/week prior to may 29 or after september 25.
* Old stone-made cottages: according to meter (at a rate of 0,13 €/Kwh) prior to june 26 & after august 28.

Other optional services :

- Bed sheets: 8 €/ bed.
- Cleaning at the end of each stay (if not done by guests): 20 €.
- Cot & high chair: 10 €/ week.
- Woodlogs: 10 €.

Other conditions:

Accommodations rents are on a weekly basis (during the high season), with arrivals on Saturdays at 16 hours and departures on Saturdays 10 hours.
Pets are accepted exept in July and August.
Each reservation shall be confirmed once a 25% deposit is paid for to owners, the balance to be paid latest one month prior to arrival.
A security deposit of 250 € is payable on the day of arrival and given back, if no cause to retain it is found, 15 days after departure.
